Registration Privacy Notice

This notice applies to information submitted through the HCHS Alumni Homecoming 2026 registration portal.

Information collected

Name information, HCHS batch/class information, contact details, location information you choose to provide, guest information, registration status, payment references when enabled, and event attendance/check-in records.

Why it is collected

The information is used to administer the Homecoming event, communicate about the registration, reconcile authorized payments, support alumni verification, prevent duplicate registrations, and link the event record to the permanent HCHS Alumni Information System when that system is activated.

Verification

Submitting a registration does not automatically establish that a person is a verified HCHS alumnus. Alumni identity verification is maintained as a separate status and may require matching against authorized alumni/school records or review by an authorized officer.

Visibility

Registration information is not intended to become a public alumni directory automatically. Directory publication, if later offered, will use separate privacy preferences.

Contact and corrections

Use the official HCHS Alumni registration contact published with this portal to request correction of registration information. The production administrator should configure a dedicated privacy contact before launch.
