Senior-friendly registrationPersonal email and mobile are optional. At least one personal or authorized-helper contact channel is required.

Prefer to register in person? You may visit the HCHS Alumni Office. Authorized staff can assist with your registration, and you may pay the exact ₱200.00 registration fee in cash without an online gateway charge.
